Garlic Grilled Potatoes Recipe


Grilled Potatoes Ingredients
* 4 large potatoes, peeled
* 3 tablespoons olive oil
* 1 medium garlic clove, peeled
* 1/4 teaspoon salt
* 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
1. Place a dash of salt in a saucepan filled with water and bring to a boil.
2. Blanch potatoes by placing in the boiling salted water for 20 minutes.
3. Drain and cool potatoes.
4. Cut potatoes into 2-inch cubes.
5. Place the potato cubes on metal skewers.
6. Combine the olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper in a small saucepan and bring to a boil.
7. Place potatoes on grill and baste with the hot garlic mixture.
8. Grill about 8-10 minutes on each side or until the potatoes are brown and crisp on the outside.
