Scalloped Potatoes with Ham Recipe


Scalloped Potatoes Ingredients
* 4 medium potatoes
* 1 cup cooked ham, diced
* 1 can cream of chicken soup (10 oz)
* 1 1/3 cups of milk
* 3 tablespoons onion, chopped
* 1 teaspoon garlic powder
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1/4 teaspoon pepper
* 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions
1. Combine soup, onion, milk, garlic powder, salt, pepper and cheese. Stir until smooth. Set aside.
2. Peel and slice potatoes thin.
3. Layer potatoes, ham, and sauce (from step 1) in a baking dish.
4. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
5. Remove cover and bake an additional 30 minutes until top is golden brown.
Serve hot.
